Student Advice

Wow, what advice would I give. Research, research and more research. The more you know about your topic the better off you will be. There is never to much information. Well at least for me it was that way. lol. But really, research your topic. I think that was the hardest thing I had to do. I got an idea but had like a brain fart trying to come up with research for it. So make sure you pick a topic you can really relate to and find lots of credible information on.
I really strengthened in my reference page and my citations. They were a big pain when I first started this class. I had no clue where to even find the proper way to do a reference and a citation. HINT: To all the new people, please read your KU Hand Book for first time writers. It will help you! That is the honest truth.
Final statement: I will miss everyone and my professor. The professor was a big help with my paper. She gave very good hints and really was interested in making sure I was doing things the proper way. She did not make it feel like she had no time for me because we did have a big class. She was very interested in all of us!
Thanks for a great class. This will be a memorial one.

Oh, its time to wrap this up!

Hello all,
I can not believe that its already one week away from being over. I will miss each and everyone of you all. It was a pleasure learning from all of you as a group. it helped me greatly on writing this paper.
I am so very happy that writing this paper is over but not the class itself. I have gained so many friends. I will miss that. I am plain old tired!!! Can't sum that up enough. I am excited I took the class, but I am not a writer no matter how much you teach me. I just don't have the knack for it. Not that I would ever not do it again, I just don't think I will become a world renown author anytime soon if you know what I mean.
I have several topics I would like to research. Reading all of your papers really made me see that there is so much out there that I want to know more about.
Well everyone, its been great and again I wish all of you the best of luck in your future endeavors! =)

Unit #8; Blog Outcome

Hello everyone!
Its been a long and tiring two weeks. Christmas is over and the New Year has began. Yeah!!!
I have not had any real issues with this class other than I am not a very good writer and I am glad I have not decided to become one, lol... Writing is not for everyone. I have though gained some really good communication skills. The blog has taught me to open up and say how I truly feel about something. I tend to hold my feelings in and not let them show. I enjoyed all the feed back from my class mates, although there has not been very many. It seems everyone is trying to write about there stuff and not really commenting on other peoples. I think it should be a course requirement that you have to at least respond to one class mates blog post per week and then post to the DB at least once to a classmate. Kind of split it out. Professor just a suggestion for you. =)
I do plan to keep going with my blog post even after the class is over. As I have stated before, it is a place for me to express my feelings that I can not express else where.
